Rural Link Sourcing terms of service
These terms describe use of the website and its procurement inquiry features. They do not replace a signed agreement for a particular sourcing engagement or equipment purchase. Review the commercial scope and responsibilities proposed for your transaction before making a commitment.
Independent sourcing role
Rural Link Sourcing operates as an independent sourcing partner for business buyers. Catalog names describe inquiry options. They are not confirmation of inventory, a factory appointment, authorization by a third-party brand or an offer to sell a specific machine at a stated price. Manufacturer names appearing in source references identify the source publisher, not an affiliation.
Requirements and supplier proposals
You are responsible for providing an accurate operating brief and identifying unresolved requirements. For hay equipment, include crop and moisture basis, capacity or working width, power and interfaces, bale handling, quantity, destination and seasonal timing. A supplier must confirm the exact configuration, scope, commercial terms and supporting documents in writing.
Alternatives need a separate review. Differences in bale format, controls, packing, freight, service and wear parts can prevent like-for-like price comparison. Optional budgets and supplier preferences express your priorities and do not constitute a product specification or verified supplier rating.
No automatic purchase or delivery commitment
Submitting the form requests review of a business inquiry. It does not place an order, accept a factory quotation, reserve stock or create a confirmed delivery date. Payment terms, minimum quantities, inspection, warranty and lead-time triggers must be set out by the relevant contracting parties. Scope and fees for any sourcing engagement must be agreed separately.
Guidance and interactive tools
Procurement notes and calculators organize questions and arithmetic using the inputs shown. They do not substitute for model-specific technical evaluation, operating instructions or a site assessment. Resource-use comparisons need matched crop, moisture, output and operating conditions. Factory claims require evidence for the offered machine; a generic article cannot validate them.
Business communication
Send only information needed to understand your requirement. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unrelated personal data. Use the contact form for questions about a procurement brief and consult the privacy policy for the stated treatment of inquiry information.
