Rural Link Sourcing privacy policy
This page explains the information requested by the procurement form and the browser storage used by the sourcing-support notice. It describes the site interface and intended inquiry purpose. It does not claim an independently verified production data-processing or retention system.
Information you submit
The inquiry form requests a name, work email and procurement requirements. You may also supply a company and telephone number. Your requirement can include a product selection, crop or farming application, site conditions, equipment interfaces, quantity, delivery destination, seasonal date and document expectations.
Budget information and supplier preference are optional. When JavaScript is available, the interface adds these auxiliary choices to the submitted requirements field without editing the text you wrote. With JavaScript disabled, include the choices directly in the requirement. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or information unrelated to the purchasing task.
Purpose of a business inquiry
The requested information supports review of the requirement, clarification and possible factory matching or quotation comparison. Technical or destination details may be needed to ask a manufacturer a meaningful question. Any specific sourcing arrangement, recipients and commercial responsibilities should be clarified during the procurement conversation. A form submission does not confirm a supplier relationship or an order.
Browser storage for the benefit notice
The interface stores the first benefit-display timestamp in localStorage and the ticker dismissal state in sessionStorage. The timestamp limits automatic benefit display to less than seven days from the first recorded visit. Closing the ticker is remembered for that browser session. These values are browser state and do not themselves submit a procurement inquiry.
You can remove browser storage through your browser settings. Removing the timestamp allows the interface to record a new first visit. Storage restrictions can prevent the automatic notice from opening. The page still offers a contact link and standard form.
Follow-up questions and corrections
Use the contact form to identify the information you want corrected or clarified, supplying enough business context to locate the inquiry. A public response deadline, retention duration and production delivery verification are not stated here. Avoid resending sensitive material merely to identify an earlier request.
External resources
Articles can link to external reference sites, and the website requests Bootstrap resources from its declared CDN. External publishers operate their own services and policies. A reference link does not make them a supplier or a party to your inquiry. Read their policies before providing information on another website.
Keep the inquiry focused on procurement
Share only the business and technical details needed to evaluate your equipment requirement.
